Four days no food. Just cayanne pepper, lime juice, maple syrup and water. Nice huh?
The thing is though i am not really hungry. I was even at a friends house today and drank my cocktail while they had spaghetti. It smelt good, but I didn't have the craving that I thought I would. Which is surprising cause I love Italian food.
Now i know the skeptics like my nutritionist mother and others mean well by telling me just to eat well and excercise and I will drop the weight. I have done it before and in truth I did drop weight. But to be quite frank I needed a quick fix this time. And I am hoping that this will kick start my new 'slim and trim' plan which will include starting the gym again and eating properly. More than the weightloss this is a challenge that I never thought I could complete, but I am slowly beginning to think I can pass this test. Plus my moon face is beginning to subside already.
